School and Sickness....

This week has been a little crazy! Poor Addi got sick. She has had a 101+ fever all week. The doctor said it's just a virus that has been going around and it should clear up within five days... poor little thing.

As for me, I've been going crazy with school! My accounting course this quarter is going to kill me. It is so much work, but it will definitely be worth it in the end! I just have to keep thinking that.

The Passing of Our Prophet

Last night, the 27th, President Hinckley passed away. He was 97. WOW! What a life he has lived! I can't explain the impact his words have had on my life and in my heart. I will definitely miss seeing his face, and hearing his words. I think how lucky all the people are in heaven who now get to be next to him, and I can't help think how wonderful he must feel to be HOME with his wife, and God and Jesus Christ. He definitely was a faithful servant.
I feel so lucky that I got to hear him speak two weeks ago at my multistake conference in southern california. His words are always meaningful and uplifting. He will be missed!

Finally a Blogger!

Well I decided that since everyone is blogging I better catch up! I figure it will be a good place to keep in touch with family and friends and help everyone stay up to date!

Addie turned one on the 15th! She is such a doll. She is walking now and always into mischief. She has quite the personality and makes me laugh all the time!

I started school again on the 7th. I go Tuesday and Thursday all day and I also have an online class. I have a little over a year left in my degree, so I should graduate by Spring of 2009. I had to put Addi in Daycare but she seems to be doing well, the lady is a member of my ward and has been doing daycare for 35 years so I trust her with my baby. I am still living in Claremont, CA with my parents. I

love California and I have met some really cool people here, especially in my ward! Well, that's the wrap up of our lifes right now! Have a great week!
